Terms of use

Last updated: October 2, 2026

The short version

This website is informational. Jagger is in development, it is not being offered for sale, and nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Public account creation is closed — if you are able to sign in, it is because we set an account up for you directly.

You can also ask to try a demo: a temporary sign-in to a copy of Jagger filled with sample data. "Trying the demo" below explains what that is and is not.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website: the marketing pages (the home page, Features and About), the waitlist form, the demo request page, these legal pages, and the sign-in and password pages for both staff and the customer portal. They also govern the demo itself, at demo.jaggerstorage.com.

They are an agreement between you and Jagger Storage, LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company organized in Kentucky and doing business as Jagger.

Apart from the demo, they do not govern use of the Jagger application itself. Access to the application is covered by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website, including the demo, creates one.

Jagger is not for sale yet

Jagger is in development and is not currently being offered to customers. Public account creation is closed: the registration pages accept nothing, and an account created any other way cannot set up an organization or use the application. Accounts are issued directly by us.

Descriptions of features and capabilities on this site describe what we are building. They are not commitments, they may change without notice, and they do not form part of any agreement.

Joining the waitlist

The waitlist tells us you would like to hear when Jagger opens. It is not a purchase, a reservation, a queue position, or a promise that we will offer you an account — and nothing about joining it creates a contract between us.

Give us an address you actually control. Do not submit somebody else's, and do not sign up addresses in bulk.

By ticking the consent box you agree we may email you about Jagger, on the terms set out beside the box at the time you ticked it. We keep a copy of that exact wording. You can withdraw consent whenever you like using the unsubscribe link in any message we send, and doing so stops all of it.

We may close the waitlist, email it, or delete it at any time, and we may decline to add or keep any address on it.

Trying the demo

The demo is a copy of the Jagger application filled with sample data, so you can see how it works. It is free, and asking for it is not a purchase, a trial of a paid plan, or an account in the real product. It commits neither of us to anything further.

Everything in the demo is made up. Any resemblance between its people, facilities or figures and real ones is a coincidence, and its numbers illustrate how the software behaves. They are not a prediction of what it will do for your business.

The demo is shared with other visitors and is rebuilt every night at 4 a.m. Central. Anything you enter can be seen by others using it at the same time and is erased at the next rebuild, so do not enter real personal information, confidential information, or anything you would not want strangers to read. Do not enter anything unlawful, abusive or offensive either.

Some things are switched off in the demo: it sends no email or text messages, takes no card payments, and connects to no outside services or equipment. Some settings cannot be changed there. It may therefore differ from the product in places, and it is not a description of what any agreement would include.

We send the demo sign-in link to the address you give us, and access lasts 7 days from your most recent request. Ask only for an address you control. The link and the access are for you: do not share or publish them.

Use the demo to evaluate the product. Do not try to disrupt it for other visitors, lock others out, or overload it, and do not use it to store or share real information. We may reset, change, limit or end the demo, or your access to it, at any time and without notice.

Who may use this site

You may use this site if you are at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. This is a business tool aimed at people who operate self-storage facilities, and it is not intended for children.

If you use this site on behalf of a company, you are agreeing to these terms for that company as well as for yourself.

Accounts and signing in

The sign-in pages are for people we have issued credentials to. Do not attempt to sign in with credentials that are not yours, and do not attempt to guess, recover, or take over an account you were not given.

If you have an account, keep your password to yourself and do not share it or let anyone else sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your credentials. Tell us at support@jaggerstorage.com right away if you believe someone else has them.

We may suspend or close an account at any time, including after repeated failed sign-in attempts or where we believe these terms have been broken.

Acceptable use

Use this site for its ordinary purpose: reading about the product, joining the waitlist, trying the demo, and — if you have an account — signing in.

Do not submit an email address you do not control, and do not automate submissions to the waitlist or the demo request form.

Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its content, except as a well-behaved search engine crawler. Do not point bots or scripts at the sign-in, sign-up, password, waitlist, or demo request pages, or at the demo. Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the site, attempt to defeat rate limits or account lockouts, interfere with its operation, or try to reach any part of it that is not openly available to you.

Do not copy this site or its content to build a competing product, and do not remove or obscure any notices on it.

The site and its content

We own this website and everything on it — the text, layout, design, graphics, and code — or we use it with permission. The Jagger name and logo are ours.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. Beyond that, you get no licence to our content or trade marks.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, current, or accurate.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for anything connected with this website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places do not permit these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site at any time, and we may block access from any person, account, or network, with or without notice.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what this site collects, why, who else sees it, and how long we keep it — including everything recorded when you join the waitlist or request a demo.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this site or these terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you and we each consent to those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
