Late Fees Set by Unit Type.

Charge $25 on a 10×10 and nothing on a parking space. Each rule is flat, a percentage or tiered by days late, and the nightly run never charges the same fee twice.

Choose which messages go out on their own and Jagger sends them by email. Add texting and the same messages reach renters’ phones, with replies coming back to one shared inbox.
