Pricing Questions.
How is my monthly price calculated?
Add up the units at all of your facilities. That total falls into one of the eight pricing tiers above, and one subscription covers your whole organization. Each facility doesn’t need its own subscription.
Do vacant units count?
Yes. Every unit counts, whether it’s occupied, vacant, under maintenance or unavailable, including units at a facility you’re still setting up. Deleted units and units at archived facilities don’t count.
What happens if my unit count changes?
Your plan follows your unit count on its own. Add units that move you into a higher tier and the new price starts right away, prorated for the rest of the billing period. Delete units or archive a facility and drop into a lower tier, and the lower price starts at your next billing period.
What is included?
Every pricing tier includes the same features: rentals, billing, the renter portal, collections, the facility map, gate access, locks, maintenance, reporting, your facility website and more. Staff and facilities are unlimited.
Are there separate charges?
Texting is optional and priced per facility: $49 a month for 2,500 messages, $89 for 5,000, or $179 for 10,000. A long message, or one with a picture, counts as more than one. Each business also pays a one-time $19.50 carrier registration fee, and a second facility under the same business doesn’t pay it again. Your payment provider’s processing fees apply to card payments.
Can I try Jagger before I subscribe?
Yes. Request a demo and we’ll email you a sign-in link to a sample facility you can explore. You won’t be added to any mailing list. The sample facility is shared with other visitors, so don’t enter anything real.
Do I need to talk to a salesperson?
No. Once your account is open, you subscribe in the app at the rate for your unit count and manage the subscription yourself.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings, open Platform plan and choose Cancel subscription. Renewals stop, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
What if I manage more than 10,000 units?
Contact us and we’ll work out pricing for your portfolio. The calculator doesn’t show a price above 10,000 units.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not at the moment. Every rate is billed monthly.
